Rene Marie Russo (born Rene Marie Russo) is an American film actress, model and filmmaker. Apart from her beautiful elegance, her continued successes in the film industry is testament to her abilities as a performer. She started her career as a model during the 70s, and quickly became one of the most prominent figures in modeling. After completing her acting studies, Russo began her career as a model working in Los Angeles. in 1987 Russo portrayed Eden Kendell in ABC's drama Sable. She was Tom Berengers' love interest the following year on Major League, her debut film. Although she was initially skeptical of her abilities in the field of acting, public was enticed because of her tenacity. Her role in Wolfgang Petersen's Outbreak was particularly appreciated by reviewers, since she stood in the way of Dustin Hoffman or Morgan Freeman. However, according to her own statements, she wasn't a fan of the acting. She went on a self-imposed hiatus. Then, she made her return with Thor. She also starred in Nightcrawler - her husband's Oscar Award-winning film. The Intern followed, as did Just Getting Started.

Rose Namajunas was one of UFC's most popular female athletes. Her first fight was as an amateur, fighting at various regional competitions. Invicta Fighting Championships signed her on and later she joined Ultimate Fighting Championships. She has gained a lot of attention after joining the UFC thanks to her on and off the octagon's success. Namajunas's family is Lithuanian and she was born there on June 29th in 1992. Growing up, Rose was involved in activities like basketball and kickboxing. Rose made her debut professionally at the age of 18 at the Invicta Fighting Championships in which she was able to win two fights via submission. Dana White, who was watching her closely at that time, signed her into the UFC strawweight division to fight in December 2014; she had recently turned 22. Rose has been through highs as well as lows during her career however, she has always come out victorious. Rose took on Carla Esparza at The Ultimate Fighter 20 Finale in April 2015. Rose was awarded the Women's Strawweight Champion as well as the title of Fighter of The Night. It was the first time a woman was able to fight a big promotion in a title fight. Namajunas continued to have many more victories, including two wins over Joanna Jedrzejczyk that earned her Best Performance of the Night award from UFC.
